  • About Me

    Willem was consultant at Delaware Consulting from 2010 till 2012, where he focused on infrastructure studies (defining road-maps and IT strategy) and designing and implementing infrastructure solutions (focus on SharePoint and Office 365). End of 2012 Willem joined Userfull to enforce the system engineers group. He discusses the business needs with the customer and does the implementation.

    Willem likes to work in a project-based international environment where creativity, intercultural communication, reaching goals and hitting deadlines is important. Willem’s strong point is making the bridge between business minded people and technical concepts.

    Besides being fascinated by technology Willem is also very mesmerized by personal leadership and development. He takes up leadership roles in several organisations (President Toastmasters Gent, co-founder TEDxGhent,…) because realizing great ideas together with other people is one of his main goals. His interest lies in public speaking, branding/marketing, and ideas worth spreading.
